Airport shuttle service

Guests staying 3 nights or more will receive complimentary airport transfers. Make the most of your Bali vacation with our complimentary airport shuttle service. This is just one of many services we offer to make your stay at our hotel even more comfortable.

Shuttle service Sanur Area

To make your stay even more convenient, we offer a free shuttle service that allows you to explore the beauty of Sanur with ease.

Baby car seat

When you use our shuttle with your baby less than 3 years, we provide baby car seat for your convenient (on request).

Bicycle

Do you like cycling? If so, we have a great news that we provide complimentary bike rental. Enjoy the panorama of Sanur by riding bicycle especially in the walk path along the beach side, you will like it so much. There are a limited number of bicycles available, so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to use one.

Daily Afternoon tea

Your holiday is not completed if you don’t take a break with us with our afternoon tea service as your light meal. The service will run longer than usual, from 1pm to 5pm, with a daily changing menu.

Daily turn down service

We provide daily turn down service around 6PM daily with chamomile tea and cookies. We take full of attention and deeply care about satisfaction, comfort, and sleep quality of our guest.

Baby cot

Baby cot is provided for you who travel with a baby, we will make sure that you still feel comfortable as long as you stay with us (on request).

Baby chair

We provide a baby chair at the dining table to cater to all your and your baby’s needs (on request).

Pool fence for Baby

We can provide a simple pool fence for your baby upon request, but this is not a complete protection for babies and children.

Extra Bed for children 3-5 years old

If you travel with children 3-5 years old, you are welcomed to request free extra bed.

Breakfast

Enjoy a wide variety of set menu breakfast options.
We will ask you the day before which breakfast you would like to have served to you, so that we can serve it at the time you prefer. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. For guests staying for 10 days or more, we are happy to accommodate requests for menus other than those listed on the menu (although this may not be possible depending on the situation).

Staff service hours

Generally, our office staff are available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, our butlers are available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, our maintenance staff are available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and our security guards are available 24 hours a day.
If you need anything, please feel free to contact us 24 hours a day.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available all area, so don’t worries about wherever you take a seat, our Wi-Fi is still able to be reached.

Extra bed

We welcome our guest to bring extra person, we provide extra bed with an extra charge.

Lunch or Dinner

If you don’t feel like going out, you can relax and enjoy lunch or dinner in your room, villa, by the pool, or at our cafe. We don’t charge any extra room fees. Last orders are taken at 9:00pm.

Laundry

Too busy to take care of your laundry during your vacation? Don’t worry. We have a laundry service. Just contact our housekeeping team and they’ll be ready to handle your laundry!

Spa

Therapist treatments are available in the privacy of your villa, allowing you to enjoy a truly blissful experience without leaving your relaxing retreat. Ease away the stress and fatigue of everyday life and leave your body and mind feeling completely relaxed.

Flower Bath

Why not enjoy your bath time surrounded by the beautiful fragrance of flowers? Enjoy a photogenic and memorable moment.

Floating Breakfast
